Terms of Use

  1. The service. Biaka provides self-custodial wallet software for USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) and TRON (TRC-20), plus optional convenience services: encrypted metadata sync, price display, update distribution, and a read-only web viewer.
  2. Self-custody. You, and only you, control your recovery phrase and private keys. We have no custody of funds, no ability to freeze, move, recover or reimburse them, and no ability to reset your PIN. There is no account of any kind. The Risk Disclosure is part of these terms.
  3. No financial services. We do not exchange, broker, lend, stake, or hold assets; we do not custody or transmit fiat or crypto; we operate no swap, yield, or interest product; and we provide no investment advice. On-chain transactions are constructed and signed on your device — they are local wallet functionality, not execution by us. Prices shown are informational and may be inaccurate or delayed. We make no guarantee of any asset's value.
  4. Availability and restricted jurisdictions. Biaka is intended for global availability, except where access, distribution, or use is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, sanctions, or platform policy. We do not represent that the software is lawful to use in every country. You must not access or use the software where doing so is prohibited, including under applicable sanctions.
  5. User responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the software and your holding and transfer of crypto-assets comply with the laws, regulations, and tax obligations that apply to you.
  6. Acceptable use. You may not use the software for unlawful activity or to evade sanctions or other legal restrictions.
  7. Software provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided without warranty, and we are not liable for loss of funds resulting from lost or leaked recovery phrases, user error, device compromise, blockchain or token-issuer behaviour, restrictions imposed by law or platform policy, or force majeure.
  8. Service changes. Convenience services may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued. Because the wallet is self-custodial, discontinuation never affects your ability to restore funds elsewhere with your recovery phrase (BIP-39/44 compatible).
  9. Security review status. External security audit has not yet been completed; see the Risk Disclosure for the full statement. Biaka makes no claim of being externally audited or certified secure.
